Consideration to cancel the existing citywide janitorial contract with CM Simple Janitorial LLC\nand award the service to Commercial Building Management (CBM). (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the City Manager or his designees to cancel the existing contract with CM\nSimple Janitorial LLC; and\n2. Re-award a new 3-year term of the contract to Commercial Building Management for\na new annual amount of $123,588.00.\n3. Consideration to Approve a Two-Year Agreement with AULA Athletic Club to Provide Referee\nServices for the 2024 & 2025 City of Bell - Youth Soccer Leagues. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve a two-year agreement\nwith AULA Athletic Club to provide Referee Services for the 2024 & 2025 Youth Soccer\nLeagues in amount not to exceed $38,000.
