9.j APPROVE A ONE YEAR LEASE AGREEMENT WITH ONE, ONE-YEAR 101\nEXTENSION WITH CHRIS NELSON FOR THE OPERATION OF A\nREMOTE CONTROLLED RACETRACK ON THE VACANT CITY-OWNED\nPARCEL, ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NO. 640-091-010\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve a one (1) year lease agreement with one (1), one (1) year\nextension with Chris Nelson for the operation of a remote controlled\nracetrack on the vacant City-owned parcel with Assessor’s Parcel\nNo. (APN) 640-091-010.\n2. Authorize the City Attorney to make necessary, nonmonetary\nchanges to the lease agreement.\n3.
