A Consideration and possible action to conduct a public hearing to consider\nproviding direction to staff regarding a City Charter ballot measure.\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Open the public hearing, take testimonial and\ndocumentary evidence, and after considering the evidence, consider directing staff\nto continue to solicit additional feedback from the broader community while drafting\nthe necessary documents to return to the City Council that would, if desirable, allow\nCouncil to add a City Charter proposal to the November 5, 2024 Election ballot; or\n2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
