D Consideration and possible action to 1) award an agreement to Corodata\nRecords Management, Inc. (Corodata) and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute Agreement File No. 1043 with Corodata, in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney, for Records Storage Services; and 2) approve a budget\namendment to appropriate an additional $33,000 in Account No. 010-43620-\n1200 for fiscal year 2024-25 for the permanent removal of records from the\ncurrent vendor.\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Award an agreement to Corodata and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute Agreement File No. 1043, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney; and 2) Approve a budget amendment to appropriate\nan additional $33,000 in Account No. 010-43620-1200 for fiscal year 2024-25 for\nthe permanent removal of records from the current vendor; or 3) Alternatively,\ndiscuss and take other action related to this item.
