ADOPT ROAD REPAIR AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 2017 (SB1) PROJECT LIST FOR FISCAL\nYEAR 2025 (Public Works Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that the proposed actions in the agenda report are not “projects” as defined in the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA), Public Resources Code Section 21065 and Section 15378(b)(4) and (5)\nof the State CEQA Guidelines, and as such, are not subject to environmental review; and\n(2) Adopt a resolution approving of the Road Repair and Accountability Act (SB1) project list for Fiscal\nYear (FY) 2025.\nEXHIBIT A\nRESOLUTION
