Approval of this item will allow the City to advertise the project for bids.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff’s recommendation that the City Council:\n1. Approve the plans and specifications for the Soil Remediation Project at the former Berk Oil\nSite; and\n2. Authorize staff to solicit competitive bids and publish the Notice Inviting Sealed Bids.
