Item 200: Public EV Charging Contract Award to True Upside Consulting LLC and Creation\nof EV Charging Program Fund.\nThis item will be considered in the afternoon session which is scheduled to begin at\n2:00 p.m.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThere are no immediate cost associated with this action. This action includes the creation\nof a new interest-bearing account, the EV Charging Program Fund, to which all revenues\nreceived under this contract will be allocated. The Contract also includes provisions for\nthe purchase of the electrical infrastructure at a depreciated rate installed during the term\nof the contract, subject to appropriation by the Council at that time.
