ACCEPT ARTWORK FOR MOSS POINT BEACH LIFEGUARD TOWER,\nCORRESPONDING BUDGET ADJUSTMENT\nRecommendations:\n1. Approve and accept artwork ("Smooth Roll Blues") for the new Moss Point\nBeach enclosed lifeguard tower;\n2. Amend the Fiscal Year 23-24 Budget by appropriating $5,000 to increase\nexpenditures by the actual cost of the installation and wrap (to be refined\nbut estimated to be up to $5,000) and increase estimated revenues by the\nsame amount; and\n3.
