Lake Street and Nichols Road ultimate intersection improvements shall be by\nDecember 31, 2024.\n65. Nichols Road ultimate half-width improvements between Lake Street and Alberhill\nRanch Road shall be completed by December 31, 2024.\n66. Nichols Road ultimate half-width improvements between Alberhill Ranch Road and\nTerra Cotta Road shall be completed by December 31, 2024.
