17) Professional Engineering Services to Provide Final Plans, Specifications, and\nEstimate for the I-15 SR-74 (Central Ave) Interchange Improvement Project\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services\nAgreement with HDR Engineering, Inc. (HDR) in an amount not to exceed\n$6,579,558.58 for Professional Engineering Services in such final form as approved by\nthe City Attorney and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute change\norders not exceeding a 10% contingency of $657,955.86.
