13) Landscape Maintenance Agreement with the State of California - Kassab Travel\nCenter\n1. Adopt A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE\nELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LANDSCAPE\nMAINTENANCE AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE STATE OF\nCALIFORNIA AND CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE FOR LANDSCAPE\nIMPROVEMENTS INSTALLED ON STATE ROUTE 74 AT WEST CORNER ON\nCOLLIER AVENUE; and\n2. Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Manager to execute the Landscape\nMaintenance Agreement between the City and the California Department of\nTransportation.
