18) Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement for Professional Services with STC Traffic,\nInc. for Traffic Signal Coordination Timing Plans for I-15/Main Street Interchange\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with STC Traffic, Inc. for $24,120 for additional\nrequired effort to develop and implement traffic signal coordination timing plans\nassociated with the Main Street Interchange Project in such final form as approved by\nthe City Attorney, plus an additional 10% contingency for unforeseen expenditures.
