4. 24-53307 Recommendation to increase appropriations in the General Fund Group in the City\nManager Department by $10,750, offset by the Fifth Council District One-Time\nPriority Funds transferred from the Citywide Activities Department to provide a\ncontribution of:\n• $7,500 to Long Beach City College Foundation to support the Discover\nLBCC Summer Concert;\n• $1,000 to Los Cerritos Neighborhood Association to support their two annual\nCommunity Concerts;\n• $500 to Lakewood Village Neighborhood Association to support their annual\nCommunity Concert;\n• $500 to McBride High School Criminal Justice & Investigation Pathway\nBooster Club to support their annual Casino Night;\n• $500 to Long Beach Century Club to support their annual Golf Tournament;\n• $500 to Long Beach NonProfit Partnership to support their annual Nonprofit\nCommunity Breakfast;\n• $250 to Long Beach Forward to support their “In Full Bloom” Event; and\nDecrease appropriations in the General Fund Group in the Citywide Activities\nDepartment by $10,750, to offset a transfer to the City Manager Department.
