14.9 APPROVAL OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (PSA) WITH MIG TO\nCONDUCT ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES FOR THE PROPOSED GENERAL PLAN\nAMENDMENT AND ZONE CHANGE - It is recommended the City Council award the\ncontract for environmental services to MIG; authorize the City Manager to execute a\nProfessional Services Agreement with MIG for the completion of environmental\nservices for a proposed General Plan Amendment and Zone Change in the amount of\n$62,115.00; and authorize the City Manager to approve additional work that may be\nrequired to complete the environmental services in an amount not to exceed twenty-\nfive percent (25%) of the authorized amount.\n14.9 Agreement with MIG
