Item 51: Third Amendment to the Cooperative Procurement Contract Between City of San\nDiego and DLT Solutions, LLC for Oracle Products and Services.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThis amendment increases the not-to-exceed amount of the original Oracle Products and\nServices Contract by $3,000,000 to a total of $4,200,000 over the four-year term which\nexpires in Nov 2028.
