Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute future individual\namendments to the Professional Services Agreement not exceeding\n$100,000.00 for the Forge Studios and Innovation Lab Project, Request\nfor Proposals DE-24-160-SP.\n3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all utility\nagreements, utility easements, and any related items on behalf of the City\nof Fontana for the Forge Studios and Innovation Lab Project.
