Authorization to Accept, Appropriate, and Expend the CalRecycle Beverage Container\nRecycling City/County Grant for FY 2023-24\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, to:\n1. Authorize the City Manager or designee to accept, appropriate, and expend funds\nreceived from the CalRecycle Beverage Container Recycling City/County Grant\n(CALCCPP24) for FY 2023-24; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute any documents and\nagreements necessary to receive and use these funds.
