6. Tentative Agreement and Adoption of Memorandum of Understanding for the El Cajon\nPolice Officer Association\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council approves the tentative agreement reached with the El Cajon\nPolice Officer Association (ECPOA), and adopts the next Resolution, in order, approving\nthe Memorandum of Understanding with the ECPOA (MOU) substantially in the form as\npresented at this meeting, and authorizing the City Manager to execute a final MOU with\nsuch changes as approved by the City Manager provided that no change shall be made\ncontrary to the terms of the tentative agreement.
