Award of Bid No. 005-25 – Traffic Signal System Maintenance, Emergency Repairs,\nand Related Construction Services\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolutions, in order, to:\n1. Approve the Plans and Specifications for Traffic Signal System Maintenance,\nEmergency Repairs, and Related Construction Services, Bid No. 005-25; and\n2. Award the bid to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, Southwest Traffic\nSignal Service, Inc., in the amount of $473,740.40, with the option to renew for\nfour additional one-year periods. The City of El Cajon’s portion of the award is\n$220,130.20 for the first year.
