20. Update on the Business Facade Grant Program & Funding Repairs at 405 E. Lexington\nAvenue\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, to:\n1. Reallocate ARPA funds up to $962,871 from Economic Development (ARP08)\nand $287,129 from Small Business Incubator (ARP20) to Business Facade Grant\nProgram (ARP21); and\n2. Appropriate up to $300,000 of General Fund Carryover Reserves to the Fiscal\nYear 2023-2024 Public Works Facilities Maintenance (101550) Annual Budget\nfor building improvements at 405 E.
