Approval of a Resolution Authorizing Execution of the Fourth Amendment to Metro\nWastewater JPA’s Joint Powers Agreement for the Metro Wastewater Joint Powers\nAuthority Regarding Candidacy Requirements of the Treasurer and Auditor and the\nLegal Advisor\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council approves the updates to the candidacy requirements of the\nTreasurer, Auditor, and Legal Advisor to the Metro Wastewater Joint Powers Authority\nand adopts the next Resolution, in order, to approve and execute the proposed Fourth\nAmendment to the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement for the Metro Wastewater Joint\nPowers Authority to Amend Section 3.05 of the Joint Powers Agreement.
