UPDATE ON SOLAR PANEL INSTALLATION ASSESSMENT AT CITY\nFACILITIES AND ENROLLMENT IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA\nREGIONAL ENERGY NETWORK\nRecommendations:\n(1) Receive the report and provide direction to staff on the next steps for the\nproposed solar voltaic carport system at the Act V parking lot; and\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Southern California\nRegional Energy Network to conduct a green energy facility assessment of the\nLaguna Beach library building as well as the recently acquired facility at 30516\nCoast Highway.\nStaff Report
