Ordinance No. 2023-03 - Modify Regulation and Sale of Fireworks\n(Administration)\nThis report proposes a change to the requirements for the regulation, use, and sale\nof safe and sane fireworks on the 4th of July.\nRecommendation:\n1. Introduce for first reading, read by title only, waive further reading of Ordinance\nNo. 2023-03, and set for adoption; and,\n2. City Attorney Daudt read the title of Ordinance No. 2023-03, entitled “AN\nORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOS ALAMITOS,\nCALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 5.60.110(B) OF THE LOS ALAMITOS\nMUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE LOCATION OF TEMPORARY\nFIREWORKS STANDS".
