MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN REACH OUT AND\nTHE CITY OF JURUPA VALLEY TO COMMIT TO COLLECTIVELY\nWORK TOGETHER TOWARDS THE GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE\nSTATE OF CALIFORNIA VIOLENCE AND PREVENTION PROGRAM\nRequested Action: That the City Council review the Memorandum of Understanding\n(MOU) between Reach Out and the City of Jurupa Valley and authorize the City\nManager to execute the MOU in substantially the form and format attached to the staff\nreport as approved by the City Attorney.
