The current Professional\nServices Agreement (PSA) expired on January 19, 2023 and can be extended for a\none-year term by mutual agreement.\nRecommendation:\nAuthorize the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services\nAgreement (PSA) with North Star Land Care for a one-year contract extension\nending on February 21, 2024, for an annual cost of $114,067.92.
