Resolution Approving Participation in the Los Angeles Urban County Permanent Local\nHousing Allocation Program The City of La Verne, through the Los Angeles Urban County\nPermanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) Program, has been allocated funding to participate\nin eligible affordable housing programs. The eligible programs the City will be participating in are\nOperating Costs for Emergency Shelters and Supportive Case Management for the unhoused.\nRecommendation: That City Council adopt the attached Resolution titled “A RESOLUTION OF\nTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA VERNE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING\nPARTICIPATION IN THE LOS ANGELES URBAN COUNTY PERMANENT LOCAL HOUSING\nALLOCATION PROGRAM.”
