6. Maintenance District No. 84-1M, Esperanza Road Slopes, Engineer's Report Attached for\nCity Council's review is the Engineer’s Report for Maintenance District No. 84-1M. The report\ncontains a reference to the existing plans and specifications for the area to be maintained, the\nestimated cost to maintain for the Fiscal Year (FY) July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, and the\nassessment diagram. It is proposed that there will be no change in the levy from the previous\nthirty-two years ($8.00 per parcel). Staff is recommending that City Council approve the\nEngineer’s Report on a preliminary basis and set the Public Hearing for June 17, 2024.\nRecommendation: That City Council adopt the attached Resolution, approving the Engineer’s\nReport and setting the Public Hearing for June 17, 2024.
