Agreement for Citywide Janitorial Services\nRecommended Action: Staff recommends that the City Council: 1) Approve an\nAgreement with Aztec Janitorial Service (Attachment A) to provide citywide\njanitorial services for an initial three-year period effective June 1, 2024, through\nMay 31, 2027; and 2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and\nany subsequent term extension amendments provided for under the Agreement\ncontingent upon satisfactory performance by the contractor.\nReference: Clerk’s File No. 406-1
