Resolution Overturning the Planning Commission’s Approval of Resolution No. 23-32,\nDenying Precise Plan 576 and Conditional Use Permit 1925 for a 3,850 Square Foot\nRestaurant With a Double Drive-Through Facility Located in the Village Center Page 37\nRecommended Action: Staff recommends that the City Council select Alternative No. 1 and\nadopt a Resolution reversing the Planning Commission’s approval of Resolution No. 23-32,\ndenying PP 576 and CUP 1925 and adopt a Resolution approving PP 576 and CUP 1925 for\na 3,850 square foot restaurant with a double drive-through facility located in the Village Center\nshopping center at the northeast corner of Magnolia Street and Talbert Avenue.
