Adopt a Resolution entitled: A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE FOREST,\nCALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE 2023-2030 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT\nPLAN; AMENDING APPROPRIATIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-24. 2.\nAward a Construction Contract in the amount of $221,000 to Williamson\nDevelopment Group, Inc. 3. Reject all other bids received and authorize\nreturn of the bid bonds upon receipt of the executed contract documents\nfrom Williamson Development Group, Inc. 4.
