(6) 130078S3\nCD 1 Motion (Hernandez – HarrisDawson) relative to instructing the Department\nof City Planning, in consultation with the City Attorney, to prepare an Interim\nControl Ordinance (ICO) with an urgency clause, to impose temporary\nregulations establishing a discretionary review process on the issuance of\npermits associated with any demolition, building, use of land, and grading\nfor Warehousing, Distribution, and Storage uses over 15,000 square feet,\npending Council adoption of the Updated Cornfield Arroyo Seco Specific\nPlan (CPC20212642SP), within the geographical boundaries of the\nexisting Cornfield Arroyo Seco Specific Plan, located to the northeast of\nDowntown Los Angeles and is generally bounded by the communities of\nChinatown to the west, Lincoln Heights to the east, and Cypress Park to the\nnorth.
