17. REVISED FUND BALANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2021-22, MID-YEAR\nBUDGET MODIFICATIONS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-23, AND A\nRESOLUTION APPROVING SALARY SCHEDULES\nRecommendations:\n(1) Update the Fiscal Year 2022-23 Adopted Budget by accepting June 30, 2022,\nending fund balances;\n(2) Modify the Fiscal Year 2022-23 Adopted Budget and approve the additional\nappropriations and adjustments as recommended in the report with any changes\napproved by the City Council;\n(3) Adopting the salary schedules for Fiscal Year 2022-23 by adopting the\nResolution titled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF LAGUNA BEACH, CALIFORNIA, SETTING PAY RANGES FOR CITY\nEMPLOYEES," which ratifies the compensation for hourly part-time employees;\nand\n(4) Authorize the City Manager to amend the contract with Indacochea Sheep\nRanch to increase it by $65,000, and extend its termination date to December 31,\n2023.\nStaff Report\nPublic Communications
