Legal Representation for Administrative Proceedings\nRecommendation: Find that the administrative proceedings involving two\nAssistant County Counsels and one Deputy County Counsel are brought on\naccount of acts or omissions in the scope of employment as employees of the\nOffice of the County Counsel for the County, that their defense would be in the\nbest interests of the County, and that they acted in good faith without actual\nmalice, and in the apparent interests of the County; and instruct County\nCounsel to authorize payment for attorneys' fees incurred, at the County's\nexpense, anticipated to be approximately $4,700 for the two Assistant County\nCounsels and one Deputy County Counsel.
