Behavioral Aide Services for High Risk Youth Sole Source Contract\nAmendment\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Children and Family Services to\nexecute an amendment to a sole source contract with Delta-T Group Los\nAngeles, Inc., to increase the total maximum contract amount by $14,565,449,\nfrom $14,100,000 to $28,665,449, to accommodate an increase in the\nutilization of services, the contract will be financed using 94% 2011 State\nRealignment funds and 6% Complex Care Child Specific State funds for Fiscal\nYear (FY) 2023-24, sufficient funding is included in the Department of Children\nand Family Services' FY 2023-24 Adopted Budget and will be included in future\nBudget Requests.
