51. Community Engagement and Related Services Master Agreement Work\nOrder\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Public Health to execute a Master\nAgreement Work Order (MAWO) with Los Angeles Centers for Alcohol and\nDrug Abuse, selected under a competitive solicitation process, for the provision\nof Community Engagement and Related Services to support Capacity Building,\nTraining, and Technical Assistance, effective July 1, 2024 through June 30,\n2025, in the amount of $1,840,000, fully funded by the Probation Department\nJuvenile Justice Crime Prevention Act; and execute amendments to the MAWO\nthat extend the term through June 30, 2027, at amounts to be determined by the\nDirector, contingent upon the availability of funds and contractor performance,\nallow for a no-cost adjustment to the term through December 31, 2027, allow the\nrollover of unspent MAWO funds, if allowable by the grantor, provide an\nincrease or decrease in funding up to 10% above or below the annual base\nmaximum obligation, effective upon execution or beginning of applicable MAWO\nbudget period, update the statement of work and/or scope of work, as\nnecessary, and/or correct errors in the MAWO’s terms and conditions.\n(Department of Public Health) APPROVE (24-1780)
