93. Los Angeles Unified School District Levying of Taxes\nRequest from the Los Angeles Unified School District (District): Adopt a\nresolution authorizing the County to levy taxes in an amount sufficient to pay the\nprincipal of, and interest on, the District’s 2024 General Obligation Refunding\nBonds, Series A (Bonds), in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed\n$1,500,000,000, to refund any of its outstanding general obligation bonds, and\nadditionally, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $3,000,000,000, to\nrefund any of its outstanding Federally Taxable Build America Bonds; and direct\nthe Auditor-Controller to maintain on the 2024-25 tax roll, and all subsequent tax\nrolls, taxes sufficient to fulfill the requirements of the debt service schedule for\nthe Bonds that will be provided to the Auditor-Controller by the District following\nthe sale of the Bonds.
