50. Ryan White Part B HIV/Aids Care Program Services Grant Agreement\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Public Health to accept and sign a\ngrant agreement received from the California Department of Public Health\n(CDPH) on February 21, 2024, in the amount of $29,320,035, Assistance\nListing Number 93.917, for the period of April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2029,\n100% funded with Health Resources and Services Administration funds to\nsupport the Ryan White Program Part B HIV/AIDS Care Program Services,\nfunding is included in the Department of Public Health’s Fiscal Year 2023-24\nFinal Adopted Budget and will be included in future fiscal years, as necessary,\nthe general terms and conditions that are incorporated into the grant include\nprovisions requiring the County to indemnify the State for all claims and losses\nrelated to the grant; and authorize the Director to take the following actions:\n(Department of Public Health) APPROVE\nAccept future grants, agreements, and/or amendment(s), consistent with\nthe requirements of the CDPH grant that extend the term at amounts to\nbe determined by CDPH, and/or provide an increase or decrease in\nfunding; and\nAccept future amendments that are consistent with the requirements of\nthe CDPH grant that reflect non-material and/or ministerial revisions to\nthe terms and conditions and allow for the rollover of unspent funds\nand/or redirection of funds.
