Campership Program Sole Source Contract\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Children and Family Services to\nexecute a sole source contract with Happy Trails for Kids for the Campership\nProgram, effective July 1, 2024 through August 31, 2024, with a six-month\nextension option, and a total maximum contract amount of $270,000, financed\nby 74% Foster Parent Recruitment, Retention and Support/Flexible Family\nSupports and 26% Net County Cost; and authorize the Director to take the\nfollowing actions: (Department of Children and Family Services) APPROVE\nExecute amendments to the contract to extend the term, and change\nterms and conditions to the statement of work and any of its exhibits, if\nnecessary, to accommodate unanticipated changes in service needs and\nto increase or decrease the contract amount not to exceed 15% of the\ncontract amount, provided that sufficient funding is available; and\nTerminate the contract for convenience or default by written notice of\namendment.
