Approval of the Publication of a Notice of Intention for County to\nPurchase Real Property Located at 955 North Vignes St., Los Angeles, for\nthe Warm Landing Interim Homeless Housing Project\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisors Solis and Horvath: Approve a\nNotice of Intention to purchase the property located at 955 North Vignes Street\nin Los Angeles (Property), from David Amkraut, for a purchase price not to\nexceed $1,825,000 plus approximately $15,000 in escrow fees and $100 as\nindependent consideration; advertise and set at a June 2024 Board meeting, to\nreceive comments and consummate the purchase; and find that the proposed\nactions are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
