Venice Ocean Front Walk Homeless Outreach Pilot Program Fee Waiver\n2024\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Horvath: Waive parking fees in an\namount not to exceed $33,975 for 25 vehicles, where the total fee includes the\n$6 Winter Season rate per space on 78 regular weekdays, $8 per space rate\non five County holidays, the $9 Summer Season rate on 86 regular weekdays,\nand the $18 per space on four County holidays, excluding the cost of liability\ninsurance, at the Rose Avenue parking lot located at 300 Ocean Front Walk, for\nthe Departments of Mental Health and Health Services, the Los Angeles\nHomeless Services Authority, Venice Community Clinics, and St. Joseph’s\nCenter staff parking for the Venice Ocean Front Walk Homeless Outreach Pilot\nProgram, to be held Monday through Friday from May 3, 2024 through\nDecember 31, 2024.
