Traffic Regulations in the Unincorporated Communities of East Los\nAngeles, Hacienda Heights, Northeast San Gabriel, and West Puente\nValley\nRecommendation: Adopt and/or rescind traffic regulation orders to support\ntraffic safety, enhance traffic flow, encourage parking turnover, and provide\nadequate parking for disabled persons in the unincorporated communities of\nEast Los Angeles, Hacienda Heights, Northeast San Gabriel, and West Puente\nValley (1); and find that adopting and/or rescinding traffic regulation orders and\nposting or removing the corresponding regulatory and advisory signage are\nexempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
