Southern California Stormwater Monitoring Coalition Cooperative\nAgreement\nRecommendation: Acting as the Governing Body of the County Flood Control\nDistrict (District), authorize the Chief Engineer of the District to enter into a\ncooperative agreement to continue the District's participation in the Southern\nCalifornia Stormwater Monitoring Coalition through June 30, 2029, and approve\nassociated annual contributions not to exceed $100,000 for each fiscal year,\nand determine which of the Southern California Stormwater Monitoring\nCoalition's projects or program the District will contribute to in each fiscal year\nof the cooperative agreement; and find that the recommended actions are not a\nproject under the California Environmental Quality Act.
