Copy) (Rev. 5/16/24)\nResolution waiving the December 31, 2023 deadline for community planning group\nrecognition applications and allowing an extension until January 31, 2024, recognizing\nindependent community planning groups pursuant to Council Policy 600-24, and allowing\nthe University Community Planning Group, the Scripps Ranch Planning Group, the City\nHeights Area Community Planning Committee, and the Linda Vista Planning Group to\nhave more than 20 voting members in their respective groups.\nCommittee Actions Taken:\nThis item was heard at the Land Use and Housing Committee meeting on March 21,\n2024.\nACTION: Motion by Council President Pro Tem LaCava, second by Committee Member\nWhitburn, to recommend Council approval of staff’s proposed actions.\n1. Adopt a resolution to adopt clarifying and procedural amendments to Council Policy\n600-24.\n2.
