Item 101: Award a Phase-Funded Construction Contract # K-24-2005-DBB-3-C with OHLA\nUSA Inc. and Authorize FY 24 Phase 1 Funding for the Purpose of Providing\nConstruction for the Alvarado 2nd Extension Pipeline Project.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThe cost of this construction contract is not-to-exceed $123,243,852.65. This project will\nbe phase funded, the first phase is funded by the Water Utility Fund. The Water Utility\nFund's total portion of the project anticipated to be financed through a loan agreement\nwith the California State Water Resources Control Board under the Drinking Water State\nRevolving Fund program, which will be financed over a 30-year repayment term.
