I. APPROVE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 24B092\nWITH UNIVERSAL GREEN LLC FOR LANDSCAPE AND\nGROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES – ASSESSMENT\nDISTRICTS\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Contract Services Agreement 24B092 with\nUniversal Green LLC, to provide landscape and grounds\nmaintenance services for the assessment districts in an\namount not to exceed $887,055, subject to annual price\nadjustments, for the initial three-year term beginning July 1,\n2024, through June 30, 2027, with two one-year extension\noptions at the City’s sole discretion; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute all\nnecessary documents.
