N. APPROVE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR\nON-CALL PROJECT ADMINISTRATION SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Professional Services Agreement No. 24Q094 with\nNAI Consulting, Inc. to provide on-call project administration\nservices for an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 for a term\nof five (5) years.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all\nnecessary Agreements and authorize the City Engineer to\nexecute all task orders that fall under the agreement value.
