G. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CONSULTING SERVICES\nAGREEMENT 23Q112 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES,\nINC. FOR THE DESIGN OF AN INLINE BAGGAGE HANDLING\nSYSTEM FOR THE PALM SPRINGS INTERNATIONAL\nAIRPORT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Consulting Services\nAgreement 23Q112 with AECOM Technical Services, Inc., in\nthe additional amount of $372,711.02 for a total revised\ncontract amount not to exceed $3,547,349.02 for the design\nof an inline baggage handling system for the Palm Springs\nInternational Airport.\n2. Appropriate $125,000 from Airport Capital Project Fund 416\nto Airport Account 4167065.80000 for Fiscal Year 2023-24,\nand $247,711.02 from Airport Capital Project Fund 416 to\nAirport Account 4167065.80000 for Fiscal Year 2024-25.\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all\nnecessary documents.
