D. APPROVE A FIVE-YEAR COOPERATIVE LEASE\nAGREEMENT WITH XEROX FINANCIAL SERVICES AND\nCOST PER IMAGE AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH\nVISUAL EDGE IT, INC.\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve a five-year lease agreement with Xerox Financial\nServices, LLC, via the County of Los Angeles Cooperative\nPurchasing Program (Contract No. MA-IS-1640249-6) for 35\nnew Xerox copiers in the amount of $110,054.45 annually,\ninclusive of tax.\n2. Approve a five-year cost per image and maintenance\nagreement with Visual Edge IT, Inc., via the County of Los\nAngeles Cooperative Purchasing Program (Contract No. MA-\nIS-1640249-6) with an annual base of $25,284, at the unit\nprices of $0.0049 per black and white image and $0.049 per\ncolor image.\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all\nnecessary documents.
