E. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT 24I089 WITH\nSO CAL LAND MAINTENANCE INC., FOR VEGETATION\nMANAGEMENT SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. In accordance with Section 7.05.060 of the Palm Springs\nMunicipal Code, “Best Interest of City,” approve Amendment\nNo. 1 to Agreement 24I089 with So Cal Land Maintenance,\nInc., to provide vegetation management services for an\nadditional amount of $57,720, for a total revised contract\namount not to exceed $132,720 through July 31, 2024;\n2. Appropriate $57,720 from Safety Fund 1216010 to\nContractual Services;\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all\nnecessary documents.
