R. ACCEPTANCE OF THE BARISTO PARK SHADE\nSTRUCTURES, CITY PROJECT NO. 22-25\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Accept the Capital Improvement Project identified as the\nBaristo Park Shade Structures, City Project 22-25\n(“Project”), as completed in accordance with the plans and\nspecifications; and\n2. Authorize the City Engineer to execute and file for\nrecordation with the Riverside County Recorder a Notice of\nCompletion for the Baristo Park Shade Structures, City\nProject 22-25.
